Not that many in Plymouth or when I go to Exeter !
Stan "Teignmouth" wrote in message ... Has anyone notice, particularly in South Devon, the about of leaves that are still on the deciduous trees at the moment, with many still green let alone brown, I can’t help but wonder why? Could it be due to the exceptional mild spell we had at the beginning of November, the lack of storms this Autumn, or could they be retaining their leaves to get the last bit of nutrients from them to help them through a harsh Winter. |

Stan, could you please use a newsreader that correctly quotes the posting that you are replying to? Anything but MS would be fine. Also, it would help if "Teignmouth" and others swapped expletive-deleted Google Groups for a proper newsreader. I'm getting fed up with trying to decipher who has said what and to whom. -- Graham Davis, Bracknell It was raining cats and dogs and I fell in a poodle. [Chic Murray(1919-1985)] |

For those using OE, this will cure the quoting issues with Google Groups. http://home.in.tum.de/~jain/software/oe-quotefix/ -- Col Bolton, Lancashire 160m asl |
