A stubborn Atlantic high, leading to a northerly flow, is shown to
drift eastwards to sit over us at T240 on the gfs. It's a similar story on the ECM. Continuing cold - bitterly cold in some areas - next week and the night frosts and cold days will unfortunately re- establish themselves in areas fortunate to be enjoying a respite, with only a lessening of the cold the week after. A cold story towards the darkest time of the year. Brrrrr. |
