Plenty of agreement and consistency. No Atlantic weather on the
horizon. **At T240 on 16th Dec 2010, the weather in the UK will be dominated by high pressure. The high will sit over us, or to the west and though conditions will be fairly dry for many in the west, maybe for most, if the anticyclone sits out in the Atlantic, a stiff northerly may well be bringing snow showers to the north and east. No Atlantic weather in sight, except perhaps for the far NW, frosts will be commonplace and perhaps persistent freezing fog inland.** Hopefully we'll get some bright and dry weather with the cold. With luck, something milder will be showing, by the 16th, to make Christmas travel easy! (and maybe a rogue snow shower for Dawlish!) |
