Some seriously mild temperatures there... what a contrast! I guess
this is a fohn effect?
A quick look at Google suggests that Lisbon is experiencing almost
summer-like conditions right now... 18C and thunder.

I think the Munich figure is wrong if it is for 8th December. My source
shows 7.3 / 2.2 for Munich Airport.
