Default MetO severe warnings for *every* area of the UK for the next 5 days.

Yellow for everyone in the UK*. If someone trips and falls on a patch
of ice anywhere in the UK, the MetO will have covered itself.

Is a frost now "severe weather"? This is plainly ridiculous - as is
this dog's breakfast of a site.

*As Jim will tell you - and rightly - the IOM is not and never has
been a part of the UK.

I think you'll find Thursday's warning contains heavy snow as well as
icy roads! But I have to agree that the blanket warnings for icy roads
have gotten a bit ridiculous. And I also think they should go back to
the old way of producing warnings, in which contours were drawn with
percentages of the confidence levels. Much easier to understand than
shading entire counties.
