Moderate snow showers with moderate sized flakes, not much blue sky and

I decided on 2 cm depth at 0900 (I always round down).

Mainly light snow showers this morning and short intervals of warm sunshine.
Occ. moderate bursts snow. Roads were snow covered/slushy earlier now "black
topped", so perfectly fine. Helped by a rise to +1C earlier now +0.2C.
Turning dark again upwind.

Snow depth now 3cm. (mix of pellets and flakes).

Nice low blowing snow and scouring on Hay Tor when I strolled up earlier.

My skittles match in Exeter is off and we have cancelled the Dartmoor walk
on Sunday due to the weather on the way - disruption already and the snow is
only light :-))
