earlier now "black topped", so perfectly fine. Helped by a rise to +1C
earlier now +0.2C. Turning dark again upwind.

Snow depth now 3cm. (mix of pellets and flakes).

Nice low blowing snow and scouring on Hay Tor when I strolled up earlier.

Bar 997 hPa and falling.
Veil of altostratus is now thickening and sky has that leaden ominous look.
Just had another light fall of snow, now ceased. Radar looks devolopmental
though.

Depth now 4-5cm of lovely crunchy snow.

It's a wonderful evening, with the moon high in the sky, and at 87%
illumination. With the ground covered in snow, it is really quite light
outside. I'm going for a walk shortly.
