Default WR - North Devon - total snow depth now 30 cm

20/0900 Dec 10: E F4 12KM -DRSN 2ST004 3SC025 7SC040 -1.6/xxx Q0996

Rmks: 13 cm fresh snow overnight, with total level depth now at 30 cm.
Enough wind to cause slight drifting. Min -6.2, grass min (above snow
earlier in the night) -11.0, rainfall (melted snow) 12.0 mm.
