I also remember "feeding back" (very politely and succinctly) about particular aspects of the the severe weather warnings site. I remember being told that; "a meteorologist would get back to me", waiting nearly a month, emailing again and then giving up. I also remember telling you. Ideal. I really do hope things have improved. |
