Wokingham 0900z 350 06/11kt 8000m HZ 5St006 7Ci200 -0.9/-2.3 QFF 1018.7 +1.2 in 3hr Total 7 okta RMK COTRA. Snow lying, 75% cover, 1cm hard frozen. Ground frozen. Slight hoar. Parhelion Untreated roads icy patches of old compacted snow, otherwise passable. Dry since 15z yesterday, and mostly cloudy, though only high cloud for much of the time. 09-09 Screen max 2.0 min -2.0 grass min -5.5 Rain trace Sun (00-24) 0.0 AWS max 1.9 min -2.0 -- Bernard Burton Wokingham Berkshire.
