Default End of the frost

At 0735z today the temperature here rose to 0.0, bringing an end to a spell of
continuous frost that lasted a few minutes short of 258 hours.

So far this month there have been 16 ice days (09-09z). There were 4 in
November and in the whole of 2010 to date there have been 31 ice days. In 2009
there were only 10 ice days.
