Mostly sunny but cold - sharp S to SSE wind. Sky mostly clear until
mid-afternoon - just a few patches of high cloud and some contrails.
Cloud at all levels approached from the west at the end of the afternoon.
Wind is freshening noticeably this evening and temperature is starting to
rise.
