I noticed that today's update of the 16-30 day forecast no longer seems
to expect the period to be colder than average. Clearly Will isn't
involved in its production.

its funny, it changed today after constantly calling a unsettled coldish
north westerly.

although from what i read on forums, that run was yesterday?
