Default Atlantic conveyour

with high pressure centred from the Azores to the Alps and eastward it
looks like northern Scotland is about to enjoy days and days of
incessant rain and mild temperatures. It looks a lot like a repeat of
1989 - an absolutely dreadful skiing season for Scotland and the Alps.
Such a surprise after such a promising start...
