It looks like we have switched the synchronisity with me now getting the rain at night and the clearances in the day. Probably won't last. Shame for you but a great relief for us! Dave |

Shame for you but a great relief for us! Dave Very mild with drizzle and fog on Dartmoor yet again. Temp +10C. All surfaces at home wet again. Green mildew is now covering a lot of surfaces which haven't dried out for weeks. My VW campervan has suffered a bit, but should clean up. This is more like November than February. Still we get shut of all this grot next week! http://www.lyneside.demon.co.uk/Hayt...antage_Pro.htm Will -- Will -- |

Dave Cloud has been thickening here for the last hour, it did get up to 13.8C here this morning but it is now a bit cooler. I am not particularly bothered if temperatures next week are a bit lower as long as we see the sun from time to time. Alan Gardiner Chiswell Green, St Albans |

Alan Gardiner Chiswell Green, St Albans A better-than-expected day for much of the day: but was misty before about 10am and the familiar stratus gloom has descended in the last half hour or so. So stratus-dominated has been this month that the days which have been merely cloudy, rather than dull (last Saturday afternoon being a good example) have seemed uncommonly bright! Even on such days, the extra daylight has been really noticeable, but on the stratus days, it could easily be a month ago. Nick |

Nick ---------------- Yes, something I'd never noticed before this year that how much darker it is under stratus than cumulus - deeper layers I suppose. Dave |
