Winter 10/11 more to come?
Very blocked with highs to north west (cold to very cold) and highs in
mid atlantic (cold to average jan feb) preventing all but a very breif period if weak zonality. With the 3rd winter in a row with similar conditions can we expect another cold blocked winter ? |
