Default where is hurricane grace and henri

As I understand it hurricane are named alphabetically using a list of pre
defined names for the North Atlantic this consists of six list as detailed
on website: http://www.nhc.noaa.gov/aboutnames.shtml.

However I must be missing something, Hurricane Fabian I recall but according
to the list the next should have been called Grace then Henri but now we
have Isabel. Did I miss two hurricanes?

Henri affected Florida and Georgia as a tropical depression - weaker than a
hurricane - a week or so ago. Miami had 64 mm rain in the 24 hours ending
12.00 UTC on Saturday 6th September and Savannah (Georgia) 69 mm in the same
period.

see:

http://weather.unisys.com/hurricane/...003/index.html

for a neat summary of the 2003 cluster - they don't have to reach
Hurricane status to be accorded a name.
