Default [OT] Wokingham broadband down

There is a fault on my BT Broadband, and they can't get an engineer to fix
it before Wednesday.

I am unable to access my web page to update satellite images. Many apologies
for the inconvenience.

Residential service Bernard? Business service is end of next working
day, that includes Saturdays but not Sundays or Bank Holidays. End of
working day is up to 23:59. Prompt Care is included in the Business
line rental. There isn't a great deal difference in rental between a
residential and Business line, you get more variation depending on
the call package you have...

Or for and extra £9.90/qtr/line (+VAT) you can get Total Care, which
should have men up poles or down holes fixing the fault 365 days of
the year. They do have a restriction on engineers hours now
(0800-1800) but it's still 365 days/year.

Critical Care is probably going a bit far, BT aim to have the line
fixed within 6hrs of the fault report 24/7/365. This does cost a bit
more £15.00/qtr/line (+VAT).
