Default Storms dying slowly?

Looking at the latest radar it seems the activity is dying a death as it
comes across the channel, just wonder if this will pep up a bit later with
any luck.

Looks that way doesn't it, but they are still forecasting storms this
evening for the S.E although backtracking a bit on rainfall saying some
places will miss the downpours.

Surely you don't need the rain now Dave?

I'm afraid so Will. At this time of year 75mm doesn't do that much on
hard baked clay after almost zero for three months. Water Butt back down
to empty. To be honest it's only really the pots that need it tonight
though. Plus I want my storm! Pleasantly cool 26C now at 9.30pm ;-)
