didn't exactly predict a relatively mild and totally snow free Jan, Feb,
and March for most of England.

didn't exactly predict a relatively mild and totally snow free Jan, Feb,
and March for most of England.


Will didn't forecast the cold December *at all* in fact, like most
others, he completely missed it and he abandoned his original forecast
after the first few days of December!
