Default Penzance - Warmest night of 2011

Minimum of 16.2C last night, the highest min of 2011.

Looks like another day of misty low cloud breaking to give warm humid
sunshine. Dewpoint (0900) 16C, 17C on Scilly!

Looking at the clear skies south of Ireland, I think there's likely to
be more in the way of sunshine along the north Cornish coast today.

@ 10:00 Culdrose was showing a dewpoint of 17C, Plymouth now down to
10C. Perhaps the exceptionally sticky air is being pushed away
SWwards.

Yes, nice out at Gwithian, now http://www.camvista.com/england/othe...sunsetsurf.php
Commonly one of the last places for north coast mist to clear.

Just topped 22C in Penzance, 21C up at Culdrose. Time to stop work &
head to the sea.

Just back, temperature now (17:15) 20.7C, but the dew point's dropped
back to 10C. (Bit of relief!)
