Backs up the bright colours evident on the radar displays.
Been a few short-lived showers here in Haytor, only of moderate intensity.
Warm sunshine in between pushing the temperature up to a max. of 13.6C.

instantaneous rate of 56.2 mm/hr (VP recorded 6.6 mm in the same period).
Temperature dropped to 9.6 C in the shower (Max today 15.1 C).

A few, brief downpours here from the afternoon onwards, and lots of
sunshine in-between.

Much cooler than recently, actually feeling 'autumnal' for the first
time this year after the summery weather this week.

A max of 16.6°C.
