So Philip clearly wrote his article before the record October temperatures occurred. Tell me how often the records show a connection with the incidence of tropical cyclones on you data base. ISTR that your site's forecast for this year downplayed the season. I forget if it was intended for the year and oceans in general or the North Atlantic in particular. |
