This weekend has turned out rather a good one for November.

A max today of 15.0°C helping to keep the warmth of this autumn and
November going, long may it continue!

A minimum of 12.2°C has now pushed the mean minimum for the month so far
to 9.4°C, that's +4.4°C above my eLTA.

Monthly mean temperature currently at 11.7°C.

A strong breeze blowing from the ESE (frequently gusting above 30 mph)
was whipping the sea up somewhat during a walk along the beach, making
most of the low spring tide this afternoon. Even though it was dry and
sunny on the beach, mist was forming at about 100 m as the air was being
forced up over the cliffs.

On the cliff tops the wind was moisture laden and the ground sopping,
reminding me of the trade winds (though about 10°C colder)

4 hours of hazy sunshine today has pushed the monthly total to 40 hours.
