I am disinclined to comment on the above, given what I would say if I
were thus inclined.

Well Mr.Buchan, you may not be inclined to do so but as Prescott and I
are both from Hull let me feel free!. No-one epitomises the egregious
ignorance of Labour in power as he does. Of science he knows nothing.
Like any political windbag he loves to exercise his right to ponticate
on any subject no matter how ignorant he is of it. He should stick to
croquet and talking rubbish in the HOL-he can't do much harm there!

Mr? Mr Buchan?

Prescott was talking politics, not science, and was making
a point in his roundabout blustering way that many would agree with.
It is politicians, not scientist, who make the decisions as how to
cope with Global Warming, the science being taken as valid, which
Prescott obviously does.

The man obviously has the calibre of Churchill loading his table of
advisors with incompetents and then sacking the people on the front
line for obeying his orders which they disagreed with vehemently.

At least he only ate all the pies and poked his secretary. Churchill
got the push for screwing Britain. Nobody but me ever mentions Poland.

And only Lawrence seems to see some sort of other side in this
Glowballs farce. One can understand why the dope keeps on about it the
way he does.

After all the tirades on a couple of recent threads, nobody seems to
have grasped that "what"ever you vote for, you end up with a
politician, whom if we are lucky, is incompetent and lazy.

Didn't Prescott once say after a turbulent flight that it was "good
to get my feet back on terracotta".

Wasn't it also the same man who drove two Jaguar cars?

The man is a bigger idiot than me , and that takes some doing,
