Cold front around 0500Z woke me with sound of wind and what I noticed
later to have been quite heavy hail. The remnants are still laying against fence and walls and in roof gutters. 18 - 06Z 3.6mm water in guage. An hour ago another shower apprached from West with much virga and totally dissipated overhead within 20 minutes to leave a cloudless sky. As a contribution to an earlier post I am not aware of any snow falling here at all this year. Wattisham data seems to back meup, and they're at a higher elevation than me. NSS Mid Suffolk |
