Default Benign or what ?

It is yet another fabulous sunny day here in southeast England, light winds
,crystal clear air and my temp up to 8c,
Apart from my favourite proper winters day of deep snow and sub zero temps
it just doesn't get any better than this !

RonB

Cue for the usual torrent of invective and abuse from the sodden north and
possibly Capel Curig ...

Will the sodden tip of Cornwall due for some abuse you effin smug
*******?

Bl**dy awful here. Near horizontal rain, now up to F8 in exposed spots
with mean speeds of 40mph or so, and set to get worse. F6 here
currently, but the MetO forecast 68mph gusts for Penzance shortly.
Looks set for the strongest winds so far this autumn/winter.

(Glad to be of assistance on the abuse front)

Define "Better"?
Some of the posters on here aught to be on the "I love Butlins" forum.

I don't know why I waste my time here, I really don't.
I wonder if Philip Eden left because he realised the place was filling
with pansies. (I wonder why I never noticed before. Or perhaps I did
subconsciously. Hmmm...

I shall have to rethink my position on here.

I shall bend no more forever.)

Similar here. Blue skies, sunshine, gentle breeze. Not quite as
sultry as your 8șC, however - the warmest I saw today was 3șC,
and it is frosty now.

We had a lovely morning; "benign" would be a good word to describe
the weather and the sea state, though it was cool early doors. This
afternoon, things are sliding rapidly downhill with heavy rain
(especially over the haldon Hills coming back from the gym, this
afternoon) and strong winds. So no abuse in the morning; abuse in the
afternoon. An abuse of two halves.

Oh dear, you really don't get it do you Michael? After all these years,
and one who tries to support you, with your difficulties. Basically it's
an "in joke".
