Left Horsham for work this morning in sleet/wet snow, no settling on the
ground. As I got up Holmbury Hill (180m asl) there was about a 1cm
covering on the ground, both on the grass and hard surfaces. Once it had
stopped snowing it gradually thawed throughout the day, but there were
still small patches remaining when I left for home this evening. I would
estimate the snow line to have been about 120 meters.
