(WR&OBS) Copley 17/1 another ice day
Hi, All,
Cloud and wind might should temperature above zero at the Lead Mill today. It's been below since Friday morning. Frost heave beginning to raise paving slabs etc, with sheds, garage doors becoming difficult to open, ground frozen to 10cm now with lack of snow cover. We're ready for the thaw! Current 17th 09:50, Wind WSW 6KT(Bft 2), vis 10 miles, overcast, haze, temp 0C dew -2C, 1026mb steady. 09Z-09Z 17th January 2012 Copley Lead Mill 218m Max -0.6C min -7.4C Copley Met O site 253m Max 2.7C min -4.4C grass -12.7C rain 0.0mm, sun 16th 6.9hr Ken Copley, nr Barnard Castle, Teesdale, County Durham http://www.kencook.magix.net |
