For the 3rd time in a couple of weeks, Low Visibility Conditions [IRVR600m
Cloud Ceiling 200ft or less] affected Heathrow while not being forecast. While I have seen quite dense shallow fog over the past few days, this morning there was nothing - but the slight stirring of the air is all it took.. I am reminded of the very Irish stewardess we had (she used to make a
special thing about her Irishness) I asked the passengers to strap in because of some weather ahead. She followed this up with the announcement that "we are expecting some unexpected turbulence!" I wonder what Bridget is up to nowadays? I think she married a Scot, so her poor kids must be very confused by now! Jack |
