Rmks: Snow has been falling for most of the night, but rate of thawing has exceeded fresh accumulation since 2300. Snow depth is currently 3 cm (max 4.5 cm at 2300) with slushy despoits on hard surafces. 7.8 mm rain equivalent since 2100 and a total of 14.2 mm in the last 24 hours.
