There is a youtube article here which discusses the effect of a
warming Arctic on North America, Europe and Asia especially their
snowy winters.

It sort of fits with what I thought was happening.

You don't suppose there is some cyclical happenstance in the behaviour
of this stuff.

Someone mentioned '47 and '63 and '87.
A bit ropey but not if it is related to astrometry.
I vaguely remember something about a 15 year cycle discussed here
several years ago.

It would explain a damned sight more than that hockey stick does.
If it turns out to be cyclical I'd love to hear David Attenborough
explaining how Polar Bears evolved.

Is it my download speed or does the narrator sound Like Steven
Hawking's wheel chair, downhill, in top?
