Snowing since about 9pm

Fine snow blowing around and gathering in drifts.

"Big snow little snow, little snow big snow", as the eskimo's would
say, it's the latter. Fine snow that's building up in amounts.

Just driven back from Rayleigh and grit seems to be no effect on the
roads.

Estimate depth about 5cm atm (mid-night)
Current temp -1.1°C
DP -2.6°C
Wind south 3mph, yet it seem to be blowing about like a mist.

Surprised to see my temperature still currently at -0.2°C 1pm.

Just come back from walk over the country park, lovely crisp snow,
loads of people and kids frolicking in the snow.
