RMK: An absolutely foul afternoon! Continuous precipitation
since late morning. Initially there was a short spell of snow grains but
since midday it has been entirely slight rain, not freezing. The temp
reached a high of +1.3 at 1330z. Since then it has been falling slowly
and at the time of typing this (1615z) it is down to +0.4. There's still
no hint of anything frozen in the precipitation so if the temp falls much
further it's going to get very nasty indeed! Still 2cm of old snow
on the ground. Foggy since about 1430z.
