Default Weather App

It may be that I'm slow to catch on but I've just come across an iphone/ipad
app from Wetterzentrale that produces progs from the most recent runs of the
UKMO, ECMWF and GFS models plus the latest hourly plotted Europe chart (small
version) from Meteocentre. I know that these can all be accessed via the
browser but it's much quicker and easier to use the app. Also, it's probably
less of a drain on free data allowance in your package. The app is called
'Weather Maps!', with the exclamation mark. Very useful for a quick look when
away from home.

Thanks for the info Norman. I had seem it amongst the hundreds of other
weather apps but didnt realise it was Wetterzentrale. Think it has been
put together by an Italian company.

I changed the size of my maps to fit the ipad screen

might have to to the same on Friday when the high res of the New Ipad is
