Fog, which was dense at 0700Z, has thinned slightly and
just lifted off the surface into a discernible cloud base but
only by a matter of about 50 feet. Persistent slight drizzle
accompanies the fog.

A gradual improvement ensued and the fog/mist boundary
was attained at 0930Z but the visibility has since stalled at
the 1000m mark. The drizzle is falling in fits and starts.
