Brussels on Wednesday 4th April 2012

Bright around dawn but it clouded over quickly. Cloud cleared again late
morning and it became quite sunny but Cu increased and developed steadily -
very little sun after mid-afternoon. Light to moderate SW wind in the
morning veered gradually to W to NW in the afternoon and then NW to N in the
evening.

Today has been the 17th dry day in succession at Uccle. 24 of the last 27
days since 9th March have been dry - rainfall on the other 3 has totalled
just 1.1 mm.
