.... 22APR2012: heavy rain showers from 1225Z, then more continuous PPN
from 1430Z as cells became organised along the flow: a couple of muffled rumbles of thunder/slight rain between 1602 and 1612Z, then immediately afterwards moderate/heavy rain, with short-lived small hail element to 1620Z, then settled down to steady light ocnl moderate rain until petering out by 1710Z. Total rain today (since 09Z) = 10.1 mm. Seventh day of thunder heard (and also seventh day of small hail) this month.
