Default Unusual track for tonight's rain?

Looking at the radar as at midnight it looks like Norfolk might get a
hammering. I don't think I've often seen heavy rainfall on this scale
moving from S.E to NW, making landfall this far East. I have seen a few
good snowfalls here with that track though.
