.... and it has turned up as forecast. Beautiful white spectacle outside my windows just now - perhaps up to 4 cm on the ground (I haven't been out to measure). Temperature 0.1°C at Uccle at 08.00 local time, so the snow has stuck to the sides of trees, fences, etc. Light snow still falling.
