Dull start after more rain overnight. Brighter from mid-morning as the low cloud cleared. Weak sunshine through a dense veil of Cs and As which became thick enough to hide the sun by mid-afternoon. Almost springlike mildness with a moderate SSW wind. Wind freshened noticeably from the SW in the evening with a rising temperatu 12.5°C at Uccle at 21.00 local time.
