Brussels on Friday 18th January 2013

Overcast morning with the odd snow flake floating down. Cloud thinned and broke to some extent around midday with some weak sunshine, but it was overcast again by mid-afternoon. Still freezing, but not as cold as yesterday. Fairly light but noticeable ESE wind backed towards E in the evening. Lying snow 5 cm.
