----------------------------------------------------- 0630z ENE F2 0500 SN 8St003 -01.7/-01.7 991 RMK: Snow started around 2030z yesterday evening and has probably been continuous since then. Something like 22cm lying snow. 0900z ENE F2-3 0700 SN 8St003 -01.3/-01.3 992 RMK: The snow eased off to slight for a while but it's been back to moderate for the past half hour. Approx 25cm lying snow. 09-09z: Tx -0.3 (1235z) Tn -1.8 (0435z) RR 10.0 (estimated) 15-09z: Tg -2.7 (under snow - took a couple of minutes to find thermometer!) 00-24z: Sun nil -- Norman Lynagh Tideswell, Derbyshire 303m a.s.l. |

Through the afternoon there's been occasional very slight flurries of snow grains and also some freezing drizzle but it hasn't amounted to anything. 22cm lying snow.
