Remarks: A month of 3 distinct phases. Firstly, mild and relatively dry
until 12th (only 20 mm of rain in this period), then colder 13th to 25th
with frosts and then snow, followed by a very wet and much milder end to the
month (81.3 mm of rain in the last 7 days of the month). Overall,
temperatures were close to average, but rainfall was yet again well above
average. Winter rainfall (Dec to Feb) is already 111 percent of the average
from just the first 2 months!
