After some early sleet yesterday then lots of rain during daylight hours the
rain turned to sleet around 17.00 then snow during the evening with some moderate falls. Mostly light snow through the night lasted until 08.00 this morning with 5 cms lying at 09.00 Temp fell to -0.8c Was a struggle this morning as you brushed off the powdery snow of the car windows there was lots of ice underneath!! Came home form work at around 17.00 tonight to find lots of snow still lying and most of the trees still covered. Max today 0.3c Current temp -0.4c |
