Again, the title says it all. Enough agreement and consistency to forecast that high pressure to our E/NE will lead to an airflow with an easterly component and a synoptic set up at the end of February with below average temperatures and a risk of snow, especially in the east and in any disturbances.. With luck, it will be dry, sunny, frosty and cold, but spring will be on hold as March approaches.
