[WR] Haytor 23/2/13 (Ice day and snow)
0845
Continuous light snow giving a full cover dusting on all surfaces. T -2.2C D -4.1C Tmin -2.3C Temperature has flat-lined around -2C since 1930 yesterday evening. Ice day today as the last time temperature was above freezing was at 1450 on Thursday 21st Feb. Wind much lighter today E F1. Cloudy and raw with the ground frozen solid beneath the dusting of snow.
