[OBS] Bayston Hill, Shropshire - 23 Feb 2013
0900z: 06004KT 40km 1CU025 (2SC035 1AC120) 7AS150 0.7/-1.7 QFF 1023.1
rising. SYNOP: 42582 70604 10007 21017 40231 51010 8287/ 333 81825 87465= Cold and cloudy night again. This morning the cloud is still there - but it isn't all CU SC now, there are medium layers above and only small amounts of CU SC below. Visibility is excellent again, and there are still snow patches visible on the south Shropshire hills and the Berwyns. Ice on the pond and the ground is still frozen - but there are no other visible signs of frost. 22/0900z - 23/0900z: Max: 1.6 (1445z) Min: -0.1 (0532z) Rain: Trace.
