.... after a hiccup-y change from 8 oktas Sc to 6 or 7 oktas slightly
higher base/thinner stuff around 12-1230Z, which promptly 'in-filled',
we saw a dramatic change to 4 oktas or less shallow Sc around
1400/1430Z, and the cloud continued to evaporate/clear thereafter. A
chilly, clear evening coming up.
