Default [WR] Haytor 2/3/13 (another cold and dry day)

We seem to have been blessed with yet another cold and dry day today.
Max. +2.3C.
Mainly cloudy, but with glimpses of warm sunshine this afternoon. Perfect
for late winter tidying in the garden.
Now at 1620 T +1.4C D -1.1C.
Very little wind.

Last time I saw 10C was on 30th January.
Not that I'm complaining of course!
